Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 7 days, no card needed. Send us a few of your recent bills, or forward them, and you will see what LaundroMetrics flags on them within the week. Your details stay for 30 days after, so you can pick a plan when you are ready.
What counts as a store?
One shop with its own gas and electricity accounts. Open a new shop or close one at any time. You pay only for the stores that are active, and the change is prorated.
Does the price really keep falling as I add shops?
Yes. Each extra store costs less as your group grows: full price for stores 2 to 5, then 15% less for 6 to 10, 30% less for 11 to 25, 45% less for 26 to 50, and 55% less from the 51st store. A store never becomes free, but the average per shop keeps dropping.
What do I save with annual billing?
A quarter off every month: you pay for 9 months and get 12. Annual is billed once up front. If it is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your first annual payment and we refund it.
What is a bill, and what is fair use?
One bill is one supplier statement for one period at one store. Each plan includes a number of bills per store each month (6, 12 or 30), which is well above what most laundromats receive. If you go over, extra bills are $1.50 each, and we tell you before it happens.
Are prices in Australian dollars, with GST?
Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added on your invoice.
Can I change plan later?
Any time. Move up and you get the new features straight away. Move down and it takes effect from your next billing date.
Will anything be read without my say-so?
No. Reading your inbox, linking your payment system and similar abilities are switched off until you switch each one on, and you can switch them off again.
